Thrifty Finds- Momma Clothes (Tops)

Sharing is caring!

So, my friend Kim and I are still on our mission to find some super inexpensive items for our homes.

Desks for kid’s rooms. Chairs to go with the desks. End table.

These are just a few.

Mostly furniture and big items as you can see. And some of the items we’ve already scored.

At first I never even checked the clothes racks out. Just was not interested.

I need to see clothes together with tops and pants to give a full view. I am not big at taking chances with clothes. And then, to have to dig and sort and the correct size is never on the appropriately labeled rack… it makes me CRAZY!

But, I caved.

Name brand shirts for next to nothing.

Conquer and divide.

Kim and I (and her kids- especially Blake) search and search. Share your size and specifics and we shout from across the aisles- like this? What about this?

Here are my our finds:

Love this shirt! It is a thin whimsical fabric. Over sized sleeves that tighten as they gather at your arm.
Paid: $2.00 on half price day at Bearly Used Resale

Super cute and great for dressing up! I love the crinkled material detail around the sleeves and bottom of the shirt. Love the V neck!
Paid: $2.00 at Goodwill on half price day

This is one of my favorite finds! The brand alone is an awesome score! I love the way the sleeves puff when I wear it- thanks to the gathering elastic at the ends. And the lace around the V neck is so adorable! Soft cotton and a little flirty.

Paid: $2.00 at Goodwill on half price day

This is my second favorite shirt! I love the purple rhinestones-  l.o.v.e  it!!!
Paid: $1.98 at Bearly Used Resale on half price day

Sexy grown up Mommy top! The lace running down the sleeves is really pretty! The sleeves are also over sized and just gather and hang in a way that is very flirty with a tight gather at your waist line. The brand can be found at Charlotte Russe.

Paid: $2.00 at Bearly Used on half price day

See the trend? On half price days at Goodwill and resale shops you can really score some awesome deals. Prices are pretty consistent, too.

Great finds! I find that knowing your brands helps a lot when shopping secondhand. You can spot their details when sorting through the racks.

I enjoy your blog a whole lot!

I hope you'll stop over and visit sometime over at Free 2 Be Frugal.

  3. I have a hard time paying full price for anything anymore. If you look hard enough you can find what you are looking for.

When my son got married I went to Goodwill and paid $12.00 for a formal dress that I know I probably won't ever wear again (various reasons).
