Even though I am doing Nutrisystem, I still have to feed my family. I still need to meal plan, so I’ve asked the fam to tell me what they want to eat this week. I am glad that many of their requests are simple and crockpot-able, because the last thing I want to do is spend lots of time cooking and smelling some of my favorite foods, that I can not eat.

Onto the menu… for the rest of my family.
Crockpot Candy Chicken- Garrett’s choice. Leave dinner to him and this would be served 7 days a week. Served with steamed rice and a side of steamed veggies.
Spaghetti and Meatballs- served with salad and french bread. I’ll cook the meatballs quickly on the stove in EVOO and garlic and then add two jars of store bought sauce.
Super Simple Orange Chicken- this meal comes together quickly and is so simple. Served with steamed rice and some fresh veggies, which I have tons on hand thanks to my diet.
Crockpot Chicken Fried Rice- yes, you can make fried rice in the crockpot. Who knew? Served with salad and a fortune cookie.
Chicken Quesadillas- I will cook a chicken in the crockpot and then prepare the quesadillas with shredded chicken and cheese using a griddle on the stove. Served with Puerto Rican rice and refried beans.
Leftover Buffet- use ‘em up!
