Weekly Meal Plan 67

Sharing is caring!

I think everyone in our house is finally over all of the illnesses we were hanging onto through last week. Hopefully this week can be as normal as possible. This will be the first week that everyone is back to school all week long, God willing.

And yes, I am still plugging along with my Nutrisystem diet.

BBQ Sandwiches– toss a roast in the crockpot and cover it in your favorite bottle of BBQ sauce. Cook for 6-8 hours, until it falls apart when pulled by a fork. Serve on hamburger buns with tator tots and baked beans on the side.

Crockpot Honey Mustard Lime Chicken– served with steamed rice, a steamed veggie and a side salad.

Crockpot Lemon Chicken– we had this about a month ago. It was a recipe shared by one of my Facebook readers. It is incredible! It forgot to take pictures, so I’m making it again so I can take pics and share the recipe. Served with pasta noodles, a steamed veggie and french bread.

Grilled Chicken Salad– if weather permits I will prepare the chicken on the grill outside, otherwise, I’ll use my George Foreman indoor counter top grill. Once grilled, slice your chicken up and place over your favorite salad. Served with dinner rolls on the side.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em  up!

We are having BBQ Pork tonight too! I love my indoor grill because when it is cold or rainy outside I can still do a little grilling and I still feel like I am able to make something good without necessarily frying it or going with baking which I do alot!

  2. looks great! I added the Lime chicken to my plan…thanks for the link.

  3. You inspired me to start doing this. I posted ours on my personal blog this week (it didn't seem very bento-ish). :o)

    Hope everyone is feeling better!
