Weekly Meal Planning

Beef Tips and Noodles instead of making this in the slow cooker, I made it on the stove and served it over rice instead of the noodles. We had rolls as a side.

Tex Mex Beef Wraps– served with beans and rice.

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce– totally a winner at my house! Served with a salad.

Crockpot Beans and Rice– super easy, very affordable and high in protein.

Baked Pesto Honey Salmon– served with couscous and a veggie.

Last week I did not get my meal plan published, but I did cook all week and created some new recipes. I made a delicious Beefy Mac and Cheese on the stove that I will share with you later this week.

I love meal planning. my dilemma is finding more variety. We all have different tastes in my house. Also fitting the ingredients into my budget.

    1. That is where a recipe criteria has become key for me. Give it a try. One of my criteria is short ingredient lists and not off the wall expensive spices that can only be used once. It really helps me eliminate recipes that are not a good fit for us.

  3. Your menu looks amazing! I really want to start making fish more often and that pesto recipe looks fabulous. The tex mex wraps and beans look great too.

    1. Don’t be intimated by fish. Salmon is so super easy to bake or grill! And it cooks so fast.
