Elf on the Shelf Gets the Dog Back
Last week Elf on the Shelf fell to the ground from his hiding spot and apparently our dog is quicker at noticing these things than we are.
We caught McCoy that evening in the living room with Elf on the Shelf in his mouth.
Yikes!
I thought that it would only be appropriate to have Elf get the dog back. Say, by way of putting all of his snacks up too high for the dog to reach them.
Elf on the Shelf is totally winning!
I used electrical tape, because that is what I could find on hand, and my blank Elf on the Shelf printables to leave a note letting the dog know where he stands should he be keeping score.
