Weekly Meal Plan Ideas (Week 216)

Sharing is caring!

I really should not create a meal plan when I am cold and starving.

This results in impulsive menu decisions and lots of warm me up easy recipes. A cold front blew in to North Texas. We are wearing sweaters. You folks up north probably think we are wimps. I am ok with that.

None the less, I love that Fall is here! I hope it stays. Seasons are very fickle here in Texas!

Here is what we’re eating this week. Can’t wait!

Weekly Meal Plan Ideas:

Crockpot Lentil Tacos– served with rice and beans. (Carry over from last week…. gotta hurry on this one before my lettuce ruins!)

Bean and Rice Burritos– my kids will love this!

Three Cheese Spaghetti Squash Casserole– can’t wait to try this, it came highly recommended by our pastor’s wife.  Served with a side salad.

Chicken Potato Casserole– served with a veggie and fruit.

Chicken Chili– amazing! No recipe. Just using a boxed kit and some rotisserie chicken.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up if you have ’em!
