  1. My boys aren’t teenagers yet, but these are great and sensible tips. As they hit teen years, they’re just go-go-go and don’t seem to realise just how hard their bodies are working. I’ll be sure to make my boys rest and nurture their bodies – and fill up with good food.

  2. My kids are still young so they aren’t into too many sports or events right now. These are all wonderful tips to keep in mind. Teaching kids some of these things (like warming up muscles) is important even at a young age. It’s never too early for them to learn!
