Cookie Tic Tac Toe
How many creative ways can you think of to play the game tic tac toe?
The boys at my house love this game. If they have a scrap piece of paper, they are playing tic tac toe. If we are traveling in the car, they are playing tic tac toe. If we are at a restaurant and there is a kids menu with tic tac toe, they are playing. You get the idea.
How fun would it be to play tic tac toe with cookies? Let me show you how easy this is! (And fun!) While you’re here make sure you check out all of our activities for kids.
Supplies:
- 12 Oreo Red Velvet Cookies
- 12 Oreo Cookies any other flavor (we used the Golden Oreos)
- sheet of card stock
Take your card stock and place it flat on a table.
Use the washi tape to create a tic tac toe board one strip at a time.
One player will be the Red Velvet Oreo Cookies and the other player will be the other Oreo.
Here is our board all set up.
Make your move when it is your turn just the same as you would with X’s or O’s.
I always go for the corners first. What about you?
The winner gets to eat one of their cookies.
When was the last time you used cookies for creative play?
Let’s Stop and Play with Oreo.
What creative ways can you find to play?
Right now Oreo wants you to create a recipe with their cookies and enter to win a Polaroid Cube. Each entry receives a chance to win a Polaroid CUBE camera or OREO prize package. Go grab your Red Velvet Oreo Cookies at Albertsons (or any other flavor) and get to creating!!
