How to Make a Paper Napkin Flower for Your Christmas Place Settings

This is super simple to create and the budget is likely zero because I am betting you already have all of these items on hand. Want to know how to make a paper napkin flower and turn it into a simple and elegant place setting?
Supplies You Will Need:
You are simply going to fold the napkin according to our step by step tutorial and close it using twine as instructed in the video.
Then punch out a round circle (or you can cut one by hand).
Put a small hole punch at the top center of the circle.
Write your guests name on it.
Use a little more twine to attach the name card to the flower.
This will go perfectly with your Christmas table setting and guests can even use the flower napkin simply by removing the twine and name tag.
