I’ve changed more diapers than I’ve drank cups of coffee..

The days of babies in diapers is certainly something we all can relate to. After you have had a few kiddos in the house changing diapers become something like a fine art. When you have multiple kids in diapers you are practically a diaper genius! These days I am feeling rather accomplished when it comes to changing diapers.

I will never forget my first child and the number of diapering experiences. Learning how to speed up the process to keep them from screaming their heads off was one thing, while also attempting to cover everything to keep from getting peed on was another. I swear it never failed. Every. Single. Time. That is until my skills panned out enough to keep me prepared. Another fond memory of diapering is those dreaded explosive ones. I mean the feeling of helplessness has never been greater than when you are scrambling to pull off soiled clothes, soothe a screaming baby, and find a diaper in urgency. With a mountain of wipes in hand and a bigger mess, in the end, the job gets done, right?! Been there, done that more times than I can count. It is a true highlight of motherhood. Diapering babies has been a huge part of my life for many years. As a mom, I bet I have changed more diapers than drank cups of coffee, and I love coffee. That is why having a good, reliable diaper brand on hand is essential. Pampers Swaddlers are Pampers’ softest diaper and offer up to 12 hours of overnight protection. They have extra absorbing channels for a 12-hour dryness and less sagging, plus they are perfume free and hypoallergenic. For the life of

For the life of me, I cannot remember if Swaddlers were in the market when I had my first child 18 years ago, but I know I used them exclusively with Nick and Luke (11) and Matthew (8)until they grew out of them. Now, you can get Swaddlers up through the largest size, which they must have changed in the last 8 years. Previously they only went up to like size 3, if I remember correctly.

These diapers have been a true saving grace. We are using Pampers Easy-Ups for our toddler and they look and feel so much like real underwear. So they are helping with potty training for us as we venture into that world with a 3- year-old.

With 2 little ones in diapers (11-month-old and 3- year -old we are adopting) in our house running out of diapers is just not an option. Just the thought of running out of them makes me wonder what panic and chaos that just might leave me in.

These days I stock up for Pamper’s at Sam’s Club. Right now you can get an instant savings of $10 when you buy two Pampers products or $18 when you buy three at your local Sam’s Club or SamsClub.com. This works for both diapers and wipes. Awesome right! My family budget is seriously thanking me right now. On top of that, the convenience of getting diapers is something every mom dreams of with Club Pickup at Sam’s.

You can order Pampers online through the Android app and the Apple App pick them up at the club without ever leaving your car! For me, this is a total lifesaver! Buying in bulk on diapers with this kind of convenience is totally worth it! Check out this deal on the Sam’s Club website and order your Pampers for delivery straight to your door.

  1. I’m 42 and have never changed a diaper! Can you believe it? I’ve already told my husband that when/if his kids reproduce and ask us to babysit, he’s on diaper duty. Changing diapers has never been on my bucket list and your description of those explosive ones has only strengthened my resolve ; -)

  2. I have triplet boys who were all in diapers so I can relate. I have changed SO MANY diapers. Luckily, we are out of that stage so I do not have to purchase diapers anymore. I am glad that they are potty trained.

  3. My youngest step-son was in diapers when my wife and I got married, so, diaper changing became a norm in my married life. Then, in 96, our daughter made her grand entrance in the world, and that “tradition” continued. We tried different brands of diapers with her, and Pampers was the brand we stuck with. Our son was different, as he was a Luvs kid. I suppose each child is different when it comes to things like that! Our first grandson was a Pampers guy as well.

  4. Oh diapers….I certainly do not miss those days. I felt like we were in the diaper days for forever! ha! Sams Club was our go to for pampers as well. OUr favorite brand for both of our kiddos.

  5. haha, I have been there. Between feeding my son and changing diapers, that accounts for most of my day when my son was little. Whenever my husband talked about having another one, I was oh man, I like my free time. It is great to know diapers now are more absorbent.

  6. Both my kids are out of diapers now, but I know about those EXPLOSIVE messes. Haha. Sam’s has some of the best diaper deals and make for a great baby shower gift! Thanks for sharing!

  7. I grew up with kids as my mom did a home daycare, I dont have my own kids yet but I have only changed a handful of diapers. I am not gonna lie I am grossed out. I commend you mothers for changing these nasty diapers daily – I think I will suck it up when I have my own kids.

  8. It’s been so long since I’ve changed a diaper. That being said, one of the gifts we’ve given to our children and grandchildren is providing diapers until the little ones are potty trained. Usually I order Pampers from Amazon Prime and have them shipped to their doorstep, although this is such a great deal from Sam’s that I may have to stock up. Thanks so much for letting your readers know about it!

  9. I so wish these Pampers Swaddlers had been around when my son was a baby. We had to have a laundry service for his diapers, as he was allergic to anything else – but it also made it easier for me. I had no diapers to wash and fold.

  10. Diapering was one of the things I truly did not like doing when my kids were babies. I always used Pampers because they were the best at helping them stay dry. Now that my grandson is here, he is also using Pampers and I’m having to relearn the process because it’s been a while for me!

  11. OMG I do not miss diaper days and fully respect all those that have to continue dealing with it.
