Weekly Meal Plan 103

Sharing is caring!

Trick or Treating is upon us. Do you have a tradition?

For the last few years we have Trick or Treated with my brother James and his wife and their kids, and my long-time friend Kim and her husband and their children, and my mother often comes along as well. Then we go out to dinner in costumes and by the end of the evening kids fall asleep on the way home. Good times and we are repeating the tradition this year! What about you?

I do have a few recipe tutorials to share with you this week that I had a chance to photograph last week and the week before. Hang tight, I promise they are coming.

Here is what I am feeding my family this week.

Crcokpot Cream Cheese Chicken– oh so easy! I will likely stick to more of the basic version of the recipe using cream cheese, Italian dressing packet and cream of mushroom soup. Served over a starch, either pasta or rice, a dinner salad and steamed broccoli. Yum!

Stuffed Pasta Shells– I will bake this. Stuffed with ricotta cheese and ground cooked meat and topped with spaghetti sauce. Served with steamed veggie, and apple sauce.

Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles– served with rolls and salad.

Beans and Rice easy and hearty. I will make the beans in the crockpot.

Chicken Nachos– using leftover chicken and leftover beans.

Mustard Salmon– this stuff is yummy and my kids love fish. Served with steamed veggies and fresh fruit.
