Here is what I am feeding my family this week:

Crockpot BBQ Chicken– served with black eyed peas and mashed potatoes.

Bean and Meat Chili– served with cornbread.

Chicken Orzo Soup– this is so good! Served with dinner rolls and a salad.

Lasagna Soup– this looks so good and perfect for the cold weather that has been in Dallas since Christmas Eve.

Sheppard’s Pie– this is so good and easy to make. Watch for my simple recipe tutorial. Served with a dinner salad and fruit.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
