How awesome- I have been meal planning for 35 weeks! It certainly has made my life so much easier. To have a plan. To know what I am up against each week. To eat at home more than dining out. It really has been a life saver many weeks.
(It also makes grocery shopping so much easier.)
Lemon Pepper Tilapia on the Grill– so excited! We are on a fish kick for sure. You grill veggies in the foil pack with the fish. I will serve salad steamed rice. Use half chicken broth and half water in your rice for some added flavor.
Asian Grilled Salmon– we love this one! Served with salad and california style frozen veggies. (Hum, I wonder if I could throw the veggies in a foil pack frozen and add a little water and cook them on the grill, too? No heating up the kitchen at all. I’ll let you know if it works.)
Chicken and Peanut Sauce– a friend on my Facebook page shared the recipe. I can’t wait to try it and then share it with you guys once I make it. Coconut rice and salad as sides.
Homemade Gourmet Creamy Peppered Chicken– with steamed vegetables (from the freezer) and mashed potatoes.
Bagels and cream cheese
Homemade blueberry pancakes
Baked potato wedges (from the freezer section) with cheese
Granola bars and fruit
