Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is the perfect appetizer for your family get together. And the best news is, it comes together perfectly in the slow cooker!

INGREDIENTS:

– Artichokes – Spinach – Mayo – Sour cream – Mozzarella cheese – Parmesan cheese – Jalapeno

Drain the artichoke and coarsely chop. Add to the slow cooker.

Coarsely chop the fresh spinach and add to the slow cooker.

Add in the mayo, or cream cheese, sour cream, and all of the cheese.

Cover and cook on high for for at least 1 hour or low for 2-3 hours.

Stir and serve with bread, crackers, or chips.
