Potato Soup and Mexican Cornbread Recipe

Delight in creamy Potato Soup paired with zesty Mexican Cornbread for a mouthwatering combo of comfort and flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

russet potatoes celery cheese milk whipping cream green onions cream of corn cornbread mix

Peel, rinse and dice the entire bag of potatoes and place them in a large cooking pot.

Toss in your diced stalks of celery as well.

Cover in water just as if you were boiling these for mashed potatoes.

Throw in a little bit of salt, too.

Boil until most of the water cooks down.

Drain and put them back into the pot.
