Creamy Mushroom and Broccoli Bow Tie Pasta
  • 1 Package of dry Bow Tie Pasta (any kind will do)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 12 oz. of sliced fresh Mushrooms
  • 1½ cups Broccoli (more if you like)
  • ¼ cup chopped Onion (optional)
  • 1 or 2 minced Garlic Cloves (depending on taste)
  • ¼ cup Chicken Broth
  • ½ cup and half and half
  • ½ cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (or you can use grated)
  • ¼ tsp. Thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Begin cooking Pasta. Chop Mushrooms, Broccoli and Onion (if using).
  2. Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet and stir fry Mushrooms, Broccoli and Onion. Add Garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir Fry until Mushrooms are golden brown.
  3. Add Chicken Broth and Thyme and cook till broth evaporates. This will only take a couple minutes.
  4. Now add Cooked Bow Tie Pasta, Half and Half and Parmesan Cheese. Stir!
  5. That is it! This meal took me about 20 min. to make.
