Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • 14 oz can of artichokes, drained
  • 9 oz of fresh raw spinach
  • ½ cup mayo (or you can sub this our for a block of cream cheese)
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Chop the drained artichoke.
  2. Add it to the crockpot.
  3. Chop the fresh spinach.
  4. Add it to the crockpot.
  5. Add the mayo (or cream cheese).
  6. Add the sour cream.
  7. I like to smear the two creams to ensure they cover the spinach well.
  8. I go ahead and add all of both cheese. Stephanie's recipe is a little different.
  9. Add the Mozzarella.
  10. Add the Parmesan.
  11. Pop the lid on it.
  12. Cook on high for 1 hour or on low for 2-3 hours.
  13. I like to serve with tortilla chips.
  14. This is perfect for a potluck, family get-togethers, holiday events, or a fun game night.

Stephanie includes jalapeno in her recipe, but I opted not to add them since children would be eating this.
