Lime Garlic Butter Salmon
  • 6 small salmon fillets
  • 2-3 T melted butter OR some spray butter
  • 2 limes, juiced OR a bottle of lime juice (you'll use less than ¼ c )
  • minced garlic (I used the jarred stuff- about 2 T)
  1. Place your salmon fillets on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pour melted butter over each fillet, or use spray butter and give each fillet a couple of shots.
  3. Squeeze lime juice over each fillet.
  4. Smear some minced garlic over each fillet.
  5. Pop the salmon in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Once it is a light brown I remove it from the oven.
  7. Plate it up and dinner is done.
My kids love salmon with couscous and a steamed veggie.
