  • 6 slices of Provolone cheese
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  1. First, add the raw chicken breasts to the Instant Pot.
  2. Add the small butter pieces to the top of the chicken breasts. Sprinkle evenly with the dry ranch seasoning packet.
  3. Evenly add the diced garlic over the breasts. Pour in the broth.
  4. Put on the Instant Pot lid and turn to seal.
  5. Set it for manual for 15 minutes.
  6. Once it is done cooking, let the pressure release naturally.
  7. When all of the pressure is released, open the lid.
  8. Grab two forks and shred the chicken.
  9. If there is any access liquid in the pot, drain it.
  10. Add your buffalo sauce to the chicken and stir to combine evenly.
  11. To assemble sandwiches, separate the tops of the rolls from the bottom.
  12. Cover the bottom of the pan with the bottoms of the sandwiches. Add shredded chicken and cheese.
  13. Turn your oven to broil.
  14. Broil for 2 minutes to melt the cheese. Do not over broil.
  15. Next add the coleslaw, ranch dressing and then green onions.
  16. Top with the tops of the rolls.
  17. Serve warm and enjoy!
