Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown the ground beef with the onion.
Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, and water to the cooked meat. Stir and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the liquid reduces.
Add the cream cheese to the pan and stir to mix.

Fill the shell halfway full of ground beef mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
Place the taco shells upright in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, until the shells are crispy and the cheese is melted.
