Glazed Dark Chocolate Bundt Cake

INGREDIENTS:

– Butter  – Greek Yogurt – Eggs – Sugar – Flour – Baking Powder – Baking Soda – Cocoa – Coffee – Milk – Chocolate Chips

Pre-heat the oven to 320°. Grease and flour an 8-inch  (or slightly larger) Bundt Pan.

To make the chocolate ganache, heat the cream in a small saucepan until hot (do not boil). Add the chopped chocolate and stir until smooth. Set aside to cool.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cocoa.

In a large bowl, add the cooled chocolate ganache, melted butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and sugar. Beat until smooth. Add the flour mixture and beat to combine.

Then add coffee and milk, beat until smooth, and stir in chocolate chips. Spoon into the prepared bundt pan and bake for approximately 45–50 minutes; test with a toothpick for doneness.

Remove from oven Let cool slightly, then remove from the pan to a wire rack. Let it cool completely before frosting.
