Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups Recipe

These dark chocolate peanut butter cups are divine and rich, and so much better than store-bought!

INGREDIENTS:

– peanut butter – coconut oil – maple syrup – chocolate – food coloring (optional) – sprinkles (optional)

Over medium heat on the stove top, heat the peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup in a double broiler. Stir until combined.

Fill the cupcake liners 1/4 full with the peanut butter mixture. Freeze until solid.

Once hardened pull out of freezer and set aside.

Over medium heat on the stove top melt the dark chocolate until smooth.

Pour a layer of chocolate over each peanut butter base. Freeze again until hard.
