Easy Baked Pomegranate Salmon

This time of year I do not do a lot of outdoor grilling, instead I bake my salmon. It cooks super fast and goes well with so many different dishes.

INGREDIENTS:

– Salmon – Hoisin sauce – Garlic – Pomegranate juice – Pomegranate seeds – Salt – Pepper

Mix the first four ingredients together. Whisk them if you need to.

Add in the pomegranate seeds. Stir well to combine.

Place the salmon on a cookie sheet. I cover the cookie sheet in parchment paper to make clean up easier.

Sprinkle the tops of the salmon fillets with kosher salt and a few cracks of pepper.

Evenly spread the marinate over the tops of the salmon.

Pop them in a 350 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes depending on how well you like your salmon.
