Easy Caramel Apple Bread Pudding

This easy caramel apple bread pudding is so amazingly tasty, it's one of the best apple desserts I've ever enjoyed!

INGREDIENTS:

– French bread – Apples – Butter – Flour – Apple pie spice – Sugar – Eggs – Milk – Vanilla – Cinnamon

Place the stale bread in a casserole or baking dish, and spread evenly.

Add the cooked apples-be careful as they can still be a little hot.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, brown sugar (1/2 cup), apple pie spice, and cinnamon.

Pour the milk mixture on top of the apples and bread. With the back of a spoon or your hands, press the bread down very lightly to make a semi-even surface.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Pull the caramel apple bread pudding out of the oven so test if it's done.

When the apple bread pudding is done, place it on the counter and carefully pour the cooked apple juice over the top.
