Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

It’s an easy and delicious weeknight meal that your family will be asking for again and again! So grab your slow cooker and get ready for a delicious dinner made easy.

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken – Carrots – Mushrooms – Bell pepper – Tomatoes – Tomato paste – Garlic – Parsley

Roughly chop the mushrooms, carrots, and onions and add them to the bottom of your crockpot.

Season the chicken liberally with salt and pepper and place it on top of the veggies in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, and parsley.

Pour over the chicken and coat evenly.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or high for 4 hours.

Serve over rice or with your favorite pasta.
