Easy Christmas Thumbprint Cookies

This Easy Christmas Thumbprint Cookie is so easy to make and perfect for the holidays! All you need is a few ingredients and you’re good to go.

INGREDIENTS:

– All-Purpose flour – Salt – Granulated sugar – Egg – Unsalted butter – Vanilla extract

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a small bowl, sift together the flour and salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, cream together sugar and egg. Add butter and mix until fully incorporated. Add vanilla and mix.

Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and fold with a spatula until cookie dough forms.

Fold chocolate chips into cookie dough.

Roll cookie dough into 1 inch spheres and place gently on lined baking sheet, at least 1 inch apart from each other.

Using the back of a teaspoon, create an indent in the center of each cookie. Place it in freezer for about 30 minutes.
