Ground Beef Noodle Bake

With just a few simple ingredients—ground beef, tomato sauce, salt & pepper, wide egg noodles, sour cream, cottage cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese—you can have dinner ready in minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

– Beef – Tomato sauce – Egg noodles – Sour cream – Cottage cheese – Cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain the fat and add tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a separate pot, boil egg noodles for 8-10 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

Mix sour cream and cottage cheese. Layer the noodles, beef mixture, and sour cream mixture. Top with shredded cheese.

Freeze for 2-3 weeks.

TO FREEZE:

Thaw and bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted.
