Pumpkin Granola Recipe

This Pumpkin Granola Recipe is easy to follow and perfect for Fall. Oats, pecans, and pumpkin seeds are combined with coconut oil, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree to create a delicious breakfast or snack.

INGREDIENTS:

– Coconut Oil – Maple Syrup – Pumpkin Puree – Old Fashioned Oats – Pecans – Granola – Pumpkin Seeds – Cinnamon – Nutmeg

Add coconut oil and maple syrup to a medium saucepan. Melt and mix over medium heat. Remove from heat.

Add pumpkin puree and mix until fully incorporated. Set aside.

Add oats, granola and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Pour pumpkin puree mixture into the bowl.

Fold all ingredients together. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg and mix some more.

Spread the granola mixture onto a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for approximately 35 minutes and allow to cool (about 15 minutes) before serving. Enjoy!
