Wash, dry, and halve the blueberries. Set aside. In a bowl, toss the blueberries. Dice the onion and add to the bowl.
Chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl. Dice the red onion and red bell peppers, then toss them in the bowl.
Dice the jalapeños and add them to the salsa. In a small bowl, whisk together salt and lemon juice. Pour the lemon mixture over the salsa ingredients.
Stir well to combine everything. Serve with homemade cinnamon sugar chips.
