Spread your pizza dough out on a cookie sheet. Add 1-2 T of minced garlic to the dough and spread it out evenly.
Top with cheese. I like the already shredded stuff that has 4-5 different Italian blends in it. I use two whole cups. Make it as cheesy as you want.
Pop it in the oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden.
Slice it up and serve. This also makes a fast and easy lunch idea for those of us who homeschool.
Serve with fresh fruit and veggies or even a dinner salad.
