Using a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add condensed milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix on medium speed until well combined.
Add heavy cream. Mix on low until combined, and then on medium-high until slightly whipped consistency, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
In a trifle dish, place a layer of cubed cake in the bottom. Spoon a layer of the cream filling to cover the cake.
Cover the filling with a layer of strawberries. Add another layer of cake. Add another layer of cream filling.
Add a layer of blueberries. Continue layering in the same pattern until the dish is full. On the top layer of cream filling, decorate in any way you like with the remaining fruit.
Serve right away or cover and refrigerate until serving.
