In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Set aside.
Roll out crescent rolls and separate.
Brush each roll with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Press down, avoiding the wide edge and the point so that when rolling, the roll will stick together.
Using either metal or wooden skewers, roll the crescent roll onto the stick starting at the wide edge. Be sure to roll as tight as possible.
Sprinkle the outside with the granulated sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Cook over campfire, rotating to brown evenly. About 5 minutes.
