Chicken Stir Fry in 30 Minutes

Stir fry is a great option when you’re in a pinch and need to get dinner on the table. It is also a fantastic way to work in lots of veggies.

INGREDIENTS:

– Chicken breasts – Garlic – Olive oil – Soyaki sauce – Frozen stir fry veggies – Steamed rice

Cook the garlic and chicken in. Then, you’re going to add Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce.

Cook for another 3 minutes or until well combine. Stir while cooking to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

Next, add in the frozen veggies. Cook until everything is well combine and cooked thoroughly.

Serve over a bed of steamed rice.
