Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS:

– Granulated sugar – Cornstarch – Heavy cream – Light International Delight Vanilla Iced Coffee – Light corn syrup

In a saucepan, add your sugar cornstarch. Mix in the heavy cream, corn syrup, and iced coffee.

Whisk well and heat over a medium heat. Let slow boil for 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. Pop it in the fridge for about an hour until well chilled.

Scoop it up and enjoy. Store whatever you don’t eat in a freezer safe container with a lid.
