Light Chicken and Pasta Dinner

Need a fast stove-top dinner for a busy school or work night? This is perfect! (I was inspired by this basic pasta recipe.)

INGREDIENTS:

Shredded or diced cooked Chicken Pasta Italian Cheese Blend (Romano, Parmesan, Asiago blend) Pepper Parsley

Bring water to a boil for your pasta and cook according to package. The last two minutes or so of cooking, toss in your shredded or diced chicken to heat it up.

Toss in the cheese. Toss with two forks or a set of tongs to mix everything together.

Crack some pepper over top. Toss again. Toss everything until well blended.

Plate the pasta up and sprinkle with parsley. Easiest dinner ever! Perfect with a dinner salad and french bread, or all by itself!
