Super Easy to Make Easter Chick Cupcake Toppers

Are you looking for a fun way to decorate your cupcakes for Easter? Have you ever made something out of Rice Krispies® other than traditional Rice Krispies Treats®?

Let me show you how easy these are to make. Perfect for Easter, a baby shower, or a first birthday party! You will love them!

INGREDIENTS:

– Rice Krispies® cereal – Marshmallows – Butter – Shaved coconut – Food coloring – White melting chocolate – Orange Starbursts – Edible confetti wildflower shapes

Over medium heat on the stove top melt the butter completely and add the marshmallows and mix well.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Once melted, add the rice cereal and mix to combine. Set aside to cool.

Over medium heat on the stove top, use a double boiler to melt the white chocolate wafers and set aside.

Place the shredded coconut flakes into a bag. Place a few drops of food coloring in the bag and mix well.

Place the icing into piping bags.

Form the rice krispies into balls and dip into white chocolate. Place onto a non stick pan.
