Crust:
- 1 1/2 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/3 Cup of Sugar
- 6 Tablespoons of Butter, melted
Brownies:
- Brownie Mix (and ingredients on the back of the box)
- 1/3 Cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
- Chocolate Syrup
Frosting:
- Large Marshmallows
Instructions
- Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
- Break up the graham crackers into crumbs using your food processor.
- Put the melted butter and sugar and mix with the crumbs.
- Make the brownie mix according to box directions in a different bowl.
- Put in the added chocolate chips.
- Add the cupcake liners to your cupcake pan.
- Put 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of the liners (push down and flatten) and then fill 2/3 full with brownie mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle on crumbs.
- Put in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- After they've baked for 25 minutes, put your marshmallow in the middle of the brownie and press it down carefully.
- Bake in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.
- Broil on a low heat for30 seconds to toast the marshmallow.
- Remove from the oven and cool.
