Blueberry Sweet Rolls with Lemon Glaze

Blueberries are the perfect fruit to add to your homemade breakfast recipes. These blueberry sweet rolls with a lemon glaze will hit the spot and you won’t believe how easy they are to make!

INGREDIENTS:

– lemon cake mix – all purpose flour – sugar – dry yeast – canola oil – lemon zest – butter – blueberries – heavy cream

Grab a large mixing bowl and mix together the cake mix, flour, warm water, lemon zest and yeast.

Mix it until it is well combined. Once combined place the dough onto a floured surface and knead it until the dough bounces back after touching it.

Grab a large glass bowl and brush the inside with the oil.

Place the dough into the bowl and brush the top of it with some of the oil as well.

Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and allow it to rest for one hour.

After an hour the dough should be double in size.
