One Pot Pasta Chicken Alfredo with Veggies

A hearty and convenient meal where pasta, chicken, vegetables, and creamy Alfredo sauce are cooked together in a single pot, creating a flavorful and easy-to-make dish.

INGREDIENTS:

 Chicken breast  Butter  Fettuccine noodles  Garlic  Milk  Parmesan cheese  Feta  Bell pepper  Broccoli  Spinach  Salt and pepper

In a large cooking pot, I used a cast iron Dutch oven like this one.Dutch oven like this one, and over medium heat, to melt the butter over medium heat

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.

Add the milk, chicken broth and noodles. I moved the heat up to medium high so it would boil.

Stir here and there because you do not want your noodles to stick together.

When the milk has boiled about half way down, I added my veggies.

Continue to cook until the noodles are tender all the way through and the milk mixture has almost all cooked away.

Add your cheese and stir, stir, stir.

All of the noodles should be coated evenly with your milky cheese sauce.
