    • 12 oz (give or take) of chicken sausage, cut into rounds
    • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • 3 medium sized, fresh tomatoes, diced
    • 2 c fresh basil, roughly chopped
    • 2 fresh squash, cut into rounds
    • 32 oz chicken broth
    • 1/2 c water
    • kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
    • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Are you ready for how easy this is?

In a large pan or pot, add the chicken broth and water.

Toss in the garlic, onion, tomatoes, squash, pasta, basil and sausage.

Add some salt and a few cracks of pepper.

Don’t want sausage? Add some shredded rotisserie chicken.

Don’t want meat, that is fine too.

Want more veggies? Go for it!

Stir is up and put it on a burner over high and bring to a boil.
