Making rainbow recipes is so much easier than you might think. I make this rainbow cake that’s out of this world fun–and it’s really so much simpler than you’d expect.
Evenly separate the batter into six bowls. Add 5-10 drops of a different color of food coloring to each of the bowls and stir until the color is consistent throughout.
Place ¼ cup of one color of pancake batter onto a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Cook the pancake until bubbles begin to form and the edge appears "dry".
