– shredded cooked chicken breasts (or use a rotisserie chicken)
– Olive oil
– garlic clove, minced (or 1 T of the jarred stuff)
– Onion, chopped
– Baby carrots, diced
– Stalks of celery, chopped
– Chicken broth
– Orzo (depending on how thick you want your soup- I did 1 cup)
– Pepper
