High Protein Granola Parfait

You know breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right?

You know what we love? Granola on our yogurt. For real!

Nick, one of my eight year old twins, Antony, the thirteen year old, and me and all love yogurt topped with granola in the morning. It is our easy go to breakfast!

Why not make it into a parfait? Let me show you how easy this is!

We grabbed a box of Kashi’s Honey Almond Flax granola. Have you tried this? AMAZING. We eat it by the handful too!

And it’s full of protein and fiber and no GMO’s !

Look at some of those huge clusters!

Turning it into a delicious breakfast is super easy.

I started by added some Greek vanilla yogurt to the bottom of a mason jar.

Then a layer of granola.

Repeat until you fill the cup and end of a handful of granola.

The thirteen year old asked me today if I could make this for him every day for breakfast.

Sshhh, don’t tell him how easy it is.

Wait, maybe we should tell him… then he can make it himself. He sure did love it. You know, he is in that stage where he is starting to really care about appearance and such. He is on a health eating kick right now. This certainly is something that fits into his criteria.
