Weekly Meal Plan 66

Sharing is caring!

This week is a super simple menu. After last week’s crazy weather here in the Dallas area, every single person in my house is ill- and as you know, Mom’s do not get sick days.

Beans and Rice– I’ll make the beans in the crockpot and make cornbread on the side as well as the steamed rice.

Ham and Cheese Pasta– served with veggies and a salad.

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Soup– it is going to get cold here again this week.

French Bread Pizza served with salad.

Italian Crockpot Chicken– take 4-6 chicken breasts and place them in the crockpot. Cover in your favorite spaghetti sauce and cook for 4-6 hours. Serve over your favorite noodles and top with cheese. A yummy vegetable on the side is great too.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

We will eat out for the twins’ birthday on Thursday night…. they are turning FIVE!  Very bittersweet for me- so sad they are growing up but so happy they are growing up. I am strange, I know. 🙂 Hopefully we are all feeling better by then. There is a hamburger place they love… I am sure that is where we will end up.

Hope they (and you) have a good day!
