Everyone is talking about back to school and I am close to a panic attack.
At the stores parents are already loading up on supplies and I can hardly watch.
I am so not ready for this!
This is the first summer I have not wanted it to end- back to school is less than a month away and we are still on the fence about what to do this school year. We are heavily considering homeschool for many reasons, but mostly pertaining to Anthony’s dyslexia.
I am really struggling inside. One day I have my mind made up and I know we will homeschool. Then by the next day I am terrified of failing him or letting him down. I am really a mess, hua?
With that said, here is what we’re eating this week. Hey, I can easily choose when it comes to food! 🙂
Homemade Gourmet Garlic Lemon Dijon Chicken– grilled and served over salad. Served with fruit kabobs.
BLT’s and Chips– how stinkin’ simple is that?
Pizza Wheels– yum! Served with fruit.
Grilled Mustard Salmon– this was so good the last time we had it! I can not wait to have it again. I will make grilled asparagus with it. Yum!
Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!
