Christmas Food

Sharing is caring!

Yummy, yummy, to my tummy!

Little kids have opened their gifts and there are toys all over my living room floor.

For breakfast we made Pioneer Woman’s Breakfast Burritos. These are deliciously *wonderful*!!!! Not only could you make them and sell them for lots of money, they are just THAT good, but you make many at one time and roll them individually in foil. They store perfectly in the refrigerator so you can have breakfast at your fingertips for many mornings to follow. Just heat them in the microwave (obviously take them out of the foil before you put them in the microwave…. unless you are a fire starter). Did I mention they are just scrumptious?!

You do start off with her Basic Breakfast Potatoes. Don’t leave these potatoes out. They are key. Did you hear me? Key!

Lenny complains and says this is a 3 hour breakfast, but we ignore him. It does not take 3 hours, he is just always hungry. Which supports the beauty in making many and storing them wrapped in the refrigerator. Thank goodness I am so brilliant, or he would be in real trouble.

If you have not checked out The Pioneer Woman by means of her website or her gorgeously laid out love story cookbook, please do so. I have not made a bad recipe yet.

I am also going to bake Pioneer Woman’s Cinnamon Rolls for my siblings and their families for Christmas gifts. Pioneer Woman promises they will make me FAMOUS.

Hum, FAMOUS? What shall I change my name to when I become FAMOUS? I’ve always liked the name Claudia. Is that a catchy famous name?

Jennifer Aniston watch out! Let’s see how famous I am this time tomorrow.
