I cannot wait to share this chili cheese dip with you. I love that it is baked and layered and has so many flavors. It literally takes minutes to assemble.

You put chips and dip in front of me and I am game.
Let me show you how to make this.
Ingredients:
- 1 ( 15 oz) can of Wolf® Brand Chili
- 1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- handful of cilantro, diced
In a bowl, mix the beans, diced tomatoes and Wolf® Brand Chili together.
Spray the bottom of an 8×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. I used coconut spray.
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
Pour the chili, bean and tomato mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the cilantro and green onions.
Top with the cheese and pop it in a 350 degree oven until the cheese melts.
This takes about 15-20 minutes.
Look at how amazing this looks!
I diced up some avocado too and topped each scooped chip with a piece of avocado.
I love how flavorful this was. My husband and I could have eaten the entire dish alone!!
The kids devoured it too. Especially the 13 year old!
Did you know that Wolf® Brand Chili started their chili making in Texas? Yes sir, right here in my Lone Star State!
It really is easy to add it any delicious recipe you already make! It goes perfect in Corn Chip Pie, Mac and Cheese, Taco Pizza, and over in Taco Salad! Such a great add-in on busy week nights!
