Little girl costumes are just too cute.  Add some feather and some orange tights and this little peacock will be so adorable.  On day 27 we are talking about a cute, little blue peacock.  The feathers I think really add to this costume idea and the orange tights give the look of real peacock legs.

Like other DIY Halloween costumes you can find many of these supplies around your own home.  By doing this you can really cut the price of the costume down. Many families go out and spend over $100 at Halloween time on multiple costumes.  So what better way to just make your own?

I found this cute tutorial over at Creatively Christy and many of the supplies she bought and then just  put all of the pieces together.
