Ingredients for Making M&M Easter Snack Bars

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c of  chocolate chips
  • 1 c peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 c quick cook oats
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 c Easter color M&Ms

Directions:

First, melt your butter for about 30 seconds in a microwave safe glass dish.

Once it is melted, use a medium mixing bowl and combine it with the graham cracker crumbs. Stir with a rubber spatula until it is crumbly.

Grab your 9×13 glass baking pan. Line it with a sheet of parchment paper. This will help make removing the bars super easy when it’s time to remove them.

Pour the graham cracker and butter crumble into the bottom of the pan over the parchment paper.

Use your hand to press the cracker crumbs into the bottom of the pan.

Now we are going to layer in the rest of the ingredients.

Evenly pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust.

Next sprinkle the oats over the condensed milk in an even layer.

Next add the coconut flakes over the oats, again in an even layer.

Do the same for the peanut butter chips, the chocolate chips and end with the cup of M&M candy pieces that are Easter colors. You will find these at your grocery store over near the seasonal baking items.

Pop it in a preheated oven that is 350 degrees. Bake it for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown.

Allow the pan of treats to cool completely.

Use a large kitchen knife to cut the bars unto squares.

Use the parchment paper to help remove them from the pan as you cut them.
