Weekly Meal Plan 43

Sharing is caring!

Hello new week- so happy to see you. Go forth and conquer!

Cheesy Chicken and Pasta Skillet– company favorite. So simple. Cooks in 30 minutes. Meat, veggies and pasta all in one pot. Who could ask for more? I’ll serve this with some yummy frozen dinner rolls.

Mozza Chicken– Another recipe from the Kraft site. We were treated to this one night last week at Lenny’s twin brother’s house. (Confusing?) It was incredible! I’m hungry for it again. I’ll make a salad and steamed rice as sides. Yum!

Pesto Chicken and Pasta– Cook 4 chicken breast in the crockpot smothered in your favorite pesto sauce. Once done, chop the chicken up. In a bowl mix the chicken and leftover sauce from the crockpot with a cooked bow-tie pasta. Add some mozzarella cheese and pine nuts. Yum!

Crockpot Candy Chicken– served with steamed rice and a salad.

Leftover Buffet– use ’em up!

Big Boys Lunch:

Ham or turkey sub sandwich
chips
carrots and ranch or watermelon cubes
Wheat Thins and cream cheese
apple or banana
bottle of water and flavor packet
(they are starving growing boys… can you tell?)

The twins start Mothers Day Out this week (3 days a week). So for their lunches I will pack:

Ham sandwich
string cheese
chips
cup of yogurt or fresh fruit or apple sauce
apple juice box

For lunch Matthew and I will eat whatever we can find as we enjoy the peace and quiet of our house while everyone is away at school. 🙂 Maybe we will eat bon-bons and watch General Hospital together. OR, maybe we will clean and organize this summer ransacked house!

Oatmeal

Bacon and eggs

Cold cereal

Fruit smoothies (new to our menu!) and bagel

Cinnamon rolls

Popcorn on the stove

pretzels and fruit

cereal bars or granola bars with yogurt

baked pizza rolls

baked cheese tots
